Citron Napoli Cocktail

Here is a strong but deliciously refreshing summer cocktail that combines the wonderful flavors of citrus with two of my favorite liquors: tart and sweet Campari and citron vodka.

You can find excellent limoncello in stores these days and you can also make your own (recipe coming soon). In the meantime, it’s hot outside — give this refreshing drink a try. It’s sure to be a hit.

Ingredients
  1. ½ ounce Campari
  2. 1 ounce Limoncello
  3. 1 ½ ounces citron vodka
  4. ½ ounce fresh squeezed orange juice
  5. Orange wedge garnish
Instructions
  1. Shake all ingredients together with ice in a martini shaker. Strain into a martini glass and rim the glass with a wedge of orange and garnish with the wedge.
