Curried Ketchup
Every now and then you just need a good condiment. Recently I prepared an Oktoberfest meal and wanted to have good ketchup to go along with my assortment of mustards to go with the sauerkraut and sausage. Store bought ketchups just seem to basic and I wanted to kick it up a notch.
I thought why not make a curried spiced ketchup? The curry flavor just added a nice addition to the roasted tomato flavor. You can easily make this ketchup with store bought canned tomato paste but it’s even better with my Homemade Tomato Paste!
Curried Ketchup

Ingredients
- 1 cup tomato paste, link above to my homemade tomato paste recipe
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a bowl whisk all ingredients together. Chill and enjoy!
