I Make Pizza and Drink Wine
Let’s start with the wine. I love to cook with wine. Pizza and wine is a perfect combination. This is Adobe Road Winery’s Zinfandel.
Each batch of dough makes two pizzas. The recipe is easy! Once you’ve got the dough, press it out on parchment paper. Add some olive oil, salt and pepper and you’re ready for toppings!
Here, I’m making the classic tomato, basil and mozzarella pizza. Notice that I didn’t use tomato sauce. Most of my pizzas have an olive oil base.
