Mint Julep
The Mint Julep is a classic Southern cocktail. Its roots are planted in its Kentucky Derby history and the Mint Julep has been the traditional cocktail at Churchill Downs for over a century. Of course, when you say “Kentucky,” you also say “bourbon” and this cocktail packs a bourbon punch, simmered down with some mint and sweetness. If you have never had a Mint Julep, you should. Give my take on this classic cocktail a try and stir up a Mint Julep.
