Oven Baked Croque Monsieurs & Fries
Everyone loves decadent French foods and there are some that are just iconic: steak frites, croissant, salade Niçoise, French onion soup and Croque Monsieurs.
My Oven Baked Croque Monsieurs recipe keeps most of the decadent and takes away some of the fat because you don’t fry them. These are like French grilled cheese sandwiches with ham and prosciutto. This recipe makes 8-10 sandwiches, enough to serve a crowd. And a happy crowd it will be!
