Shaun’s Greek Cocktail
The most common drink associated with Greece is ouzo. Ouzo is an anise-flavored aperitif. I knew the signature cocktail for my Greek menu had to contain Ouzo. So, while playing around with different ideas, I realized I still had a good amount of my sour mix that I had made for my Pot O’Gold Irish Whiskey Sour. I love to make one mix and give it many different jobs.
