North Beacon Hill Staging

When I first toured this home to draft my staging proposal I was at a loss of how to make it feel modern and not make the dated color palette feel off.

I decided since the home is tucked away on the side of the hill, and has a mountain lodge feel to it that I would combine a variety of elements to come up with a cohesive design. I started to describe it as a little bit desert, a little bit boho, and a little bit Yellowstone. Combining these trendy details with neutral bedding, and leather furniture it all came together.

This home went pending with multiple offers quickly!
