Luck O’ the Irish St. Patty’s Day Happy Hour

Tuesday was my monthly Happy Hour at Shaun Myrick Design.  Enjoy these photos from the evening. 

The Signature Cocktail was an Irish Whiskey Mojito, it was a big hit! Everyone loved this cocktail, it’s very refreshing! Recipe will be posted soon!

I helped prep drinks for guests, but had directions so that everyone could make their own cocktail too!

Homemade Soda Bread with Irish Butter, Guinness Mustard, and Lox.

Irish Cheddar and Guinness Spread with cucumbers and whole wheat crackers.

I made oven baked Rueben sandwiches with homemade sauerkraut and my special Russian dressing.

We had a great turn out and Kevin of course greeted everyone!

Guest enjoyed cocktails, and festive food!

I made Mini Green Leprechaun cupcakes with Bailey’s and Irish Whiskey and they were delicious!
