Magnolia Modern

Recently I was called to add character and life to this large modern home. The seller had some good pieces of furniture but there was no color or “life” in the home. I spent a week prepping this home for the market, you may think it would be faster and easier staging a home that has the large furniture already in place, but that is not always the case. It takes time and creativity to move existing furniture thru the home in order to make each room tell a story. Home sold within days on the market and closed with in 17 days, my furniture and accessories were in the home a little over a week!
