Pioneer Square Penthouse

We worked on this project for months getting it ready. All new interior paint, floors refinished, any repairs and then staging. It was a delicate dance staging this project, making it feel modern and current while still honoring the classic style of the old building. The more craftsman style of the kitchen and fireplace, gave me the inspiration to showcase art work styles of William Morris and Audubon. While some may say these are dated they fit the style of the space and they are all readily available to buy at local stores currently so they can’t be that ‘dated’. Staging isn’t about selling the furniture and decor it’s about making the space warm and inviting where you can relax and then see yourself living there.
