Redmond Split

I started 2024 with this staging in Redmond. The sellers and agent repainted the main areas in my favorite color Sherwin Williams Shoji White, but left the accent wall in the Primary Suite. I used the accent wall to create a headboard and purchased bedding to match. This home flew off the market with something like 30 offers and was the highest price per square footage sale in Redmond. Staging Works and it’s worth spending $ on quality staging!
